Shipping: We are currently unable to ship orders outside the continental United States via our website. For orders outside the continental U.S., please call us at 1-605-665-6000 or 1-800-474-8756 to order direct. Please allow five business days plus transit time for stocked items; non-stocked items will be shipped within six to 10 business days. Shipping charges are based upon location and vary by product. All orders will be shipped F.O.B. Shur-Co®, Yankton, SD. Items that do not meet UPS size and weight requirements will be shipped via common carrier. Orders with large items, such as steel tubing, may be packaged separately. Changes to shipping information must be made by calling the Shur-Co® Customer Service Department. Claims for Shortages: All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt. Claims for damages or loss in transit must be made with the carrier. No collect calls will be accepted. To ensure delivery of items, we must have your complete street address, city, zip code and telephone number. When you receive your shipment, examine the carton(s) carefully. Be sure you have all the cartons listed on the delivery receipt. If a carton is damaged, open it and inspect the contents before signing for delivery. If merchandise is damaged, describe the damage on the truck delivery receipt. Failure to document damaged or missing merchandise on the delivery receipt releases the freight carrier of ALL liability; as a result, repairs or replacements will be the customer's responsibility.
Warranty: Shur-Co® warrants that all new products are free from defects in material and workmanship. This warranty is effective if the product is properly installed and used for the purpose intended and applies to the original buyer only. Shur-Co's obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing or, at its option, replacing any part that is returned, transportation prepaid, to Shur-Co®, Yankton, SD, if the product is, in our judgment, defective. All materials returned without prior authorization will be refused. Shur-Co® shall not be liable or responsible to supply or pay labor to replace any part found defective, nor shall it be liable for any damages of any kind of nature to person, product, property or downtime. There are no warranties for products that have been repaired, altered, modified, subjected to misuse or negligence, accident or ordinary wear and tear. Shur-Co® will not honor warranty claims if non-Genuine parts are utilized.
Return Policy: All sales are final. All returns for warranty must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) to insure proper credit. Call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-474-8756 to receive an RMA number. Transportation charges must be prepaid on returned warranty goods. C.O.D. returns will not be accepted. Upon confirmation of deficiencies by inspection, the merchandise will be corrected and returned prepaid or purchase price credited if under warranty. All other returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Any deviations to above merchandise returns must be pre-approved. Prices, product listing, line drawings, catalog, sizes, weights and manufacturing details are subject to change without notice. If returns are scheduled to be picked up by Shur-Co®, no storage charges will be paid by Shur-Co® prior to pickup. Shur-Co® will pick up the merchandise at its earliest convenience.
