Welcome to Shur-Co® of Illinois

Shur-Co® of Illinois opened in Decatur in 1997 and services the Great Lakes region, which includes Wisconsin, Missouri, Illinois, Indiana and parts of Kentucky, Tennessee and Canada.

The service center offers a wide range of tarping products for nearly any application, including agriculture, construction, flatbed, flat sheets and fitted covers. With three service-and-installation bays and a fully stocked warehouse, the service center is ideal for repairs, installations, pick-ups and ship-outs.

Jason Mattison has been with Shur-Co® since 1998 and has been the Illinois service center manager since 2006. Jason and his staff take pride in their work and value the customers' satisfaction. They look forward to assisting with all your future tarping needs and hope to become your tarp solutions service-and-distribution center.

About Your Service Center Manager

Jason Mattison has been with Shur-Co® since October of 1998. He initially worked in the installation bays but eventually moved on to helping in every other area of the shop, including sewing when needed. When the opportunity to become the shop supervisor arose, he took on the challenges associated with the position. Ultimately, he was promoted to service center manager in 2006.

Jason feels his "team player" approach is what makes the Illinois service center such an efficient operation. He says he brings to the table a willingness to listen and work with everyone to solve any problems. He also thinks that his years of shop experience have given him practical insight into his employees’ responsibilities and concerns.

Jason has extended family in the Illinois/Indiana area that includes his brother, grandparents and various aunts, uncles and cousins. His father and stepmother reside in Ocala, Florida and he makes a point of visiting them a few times each year.

He really enjoys being around his employees and helping his customers “so they understand our products as much as possible.”
