IronSide2™

The next generation in side dump trailer tarping is here with the IronSide2™. The IronSide2™ is an upgrade from our original IronSide™ in both strength and performance. The IronSide2™ features a 3-inch aluminum roll tube with reinforced splicing and arms constructed of 2-inch, 14-gauge steel tubing for maximum durability.

A newly designed dual-pivot motor provide optimal torque and performance for the harsh hauling conditions of side dump trailer applications. The forward profile of the motor has been reduced by 50% for a sleeker, more compact tarp system and can be mounted to either end of the trailer. The Shur-Co® exclusive SMARTwire™ is constructed with sealed connections to eliminate wire corrosion. The IronSide2™ is operated from the safety of the truck by one of our ShurLink™ wireless remote options and features Shur-Co’s SMARTouch™ Express Mode
functionality for added convenience.
