This innovative system effortlessly retrofits manual roll tarps, converting them to electric with ease. Additionally, the E-Series is an excellent upgrade for customers looking to replace a lower-quality electric tarp system with a reliable and high-performing solution.

The E-Series is designed to deliver reliable performance in a compact package for all grain trailer makes and models. Its direct drive motor, paired with an all-metal 90° gearbox, ensures durability and efficiency. The custom-molded SMARTwire™ features a watertight connection that prevents corrosion, streamlines installation, and eliminates the need for wire stripping or crimping.

The E-Series motor produces optimal torque for all grain trailer roll tarp applications. No electrical energy is used to actuate the brake on the motor but rather a magnetic brake system operates independently of the motor’s electrical power. This creates a reliable brake that is not prone to failing like brakes with electrical connections. 

A patented pivoting motor mount accommodates roll tube misalignment, preventing stress and potential damage to the motor and arm system. The corrosion-resistant, preassembled coated steel torsion arms are easy to install and feature durable elbows for added flexibility and smooth operation over payloads. The rear arms’ low-friction polyethylene roll tube bearing minimizes wear, while a rubber boot on the flex joint protects against field and road debris, ensuring long-lasting performance.

With one press of a button, the ShurLink™ EZR™ remote and express mode receiver allow the system to operate from 100 ft or more away. Plus, the ShurLink app is available for Android or Apple devices.
