Shur-Lok® E-Series

The Shur-Lok® E-Series features a direct drive motor with all-metal 90° gearbox providing reliability in a compact profile. Corrosion resistant coated steel torsion arms are equipped with durable elbows for flexibility and smooth operation over loads. Available for all grain trailer makes and models.

The Shur-Lok® E-Series motor produces optimal torque for all grain trailer roll tarp applications. No electrical energy is used to actuate the brake on the motor. This creates a reliable brake that is not prone to failing like brakes with electrical connections. A patented pivoting motor mount allows for any misalignment of the roll tube without stress to the system.

The coated steel arms come preassembled for effortless installation. The rear arms polyethylene roll tube bearing has a low-friction design that won’t wear out. A rubber boot on the flex-joint guards against damage from field and road debris. The custom molded SMARTwire™ creates a watertight connection preventing corrosion in the electrical system and allowing for quick installation without the need for stripping and crimping of wires.

The ShurLink EZR™ remote and express mode receiver allow you to operate the system from 100'+ away with one press of a button. Operating the Shur-Lok® E-Series from you Android or Apple device is just an app download away.
